Beyond the Court

The Beyond the Court Division offers participants the tools to facilitate change in the lives of youth that will in turn impact their families and homes. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe and enriching environment and they will gain an understanding of leadership, identify leadership opportunities and demonstrate leadership personally within their communities.

In this 9 week program, the first three weeks will examine Identity (highlighting individual strengths). The next three weeks will explore Leadership (styles, characteristics and roles). The final three weeks will be Action (in different settings, capacities and roles). Every week participants will examine different elements of leadership through skill building activities, creative role play and in-depth discussions. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, enriching environment where youth are empowered to reach their full potential.
